Desktop helper v0.8.37
Completed ChatGPT research returns to the product page and can submit to eBay drafts while that tab is in the background. Keep the product page open; it does not need focus. Listing, price, package and policy checks still run before submission. The research return no longer switches your active tab. Chrome may delay suspended tabs until they resume.
The helper uses the saved category, condition, quantity, specifics, policies, package, location and offer choice for each product. It matches the exact Photo Drafts SKU, title and price before changing an unpublished draft. It saves for later, reopens the same draft and checks the persisted fields. For eligible products outside register inventory, the automatic listing workflow gets a fresh Photo Drafts check, then scrolls to List it, rechecks the form and clicks once. Register-managed products and unresolved earlier publication attempts stop for review. Publication is confirmed through the listing’s eBay status. When eBay uses a form control the helper cannot verify, it stops and shows the field that needs review.
After publishing on Facebook, leave Photo Drafts and Facebook’s Your listings page open. The helper matches the private product SKU and automatically saves the item link, including listings still in review. It retries while Photo Drafts is open and retains pending links for up to 24 hours. If Facebook does not expose a verifiable link, paste it into the product’s Published Facebook listing link field.
Transline stock after ordering
After recording Supplier confirmed purchase in Orders, the helper can select the saved color/finish options or exact catalog row and check the exact SKU in your signed-in Transline browser and relist one saleable unit when it is still in stock. Open the helper popup, click Enable Transline stock checks and approve access to www.translinesupply.com. Keep a signed-in Photo Drafts page open. Server checks also retry; blocked or uncertain checks leave the item unavailable. The helper reads only product identity and availability for this workflow and does not place supplier orders.
Research questions
If a date or another essential item detail is unclear, ChatGPT asks a question in the original research conversation. Reply there, adding a sharper photo if requested. Keep that conversation and Photo Drafts open. The helper returns the completed listing automatically, then the lister checks it before sending. Missing information and policy restrictions stay blocked until resolved.
Updating to 0.8.37
Wait until the Photo Drafts update is live, then update the existing helper folder and click Reload for Photo Drafts Finisher in Chrome’s Extensions page. Refresh the signed-in Photo Drafts page. Review any in-progress publication and close old eBay tabs with unfinished automatic publishing before starting another listing or using the register. Keep the signed-in Photo Drafts page open during publication. An uncertain result needs review before another attempt.
One-time setup
- Download the Chrome helper v0.8.37 and extract the ZIP.
- Open Chrome’s Extensions page (chrome://extensions), turn on Developer mode and choose Load unpacked.
- Select the extracted folder containing manifest.json, then pin Photo Drafts Finisher. Reload Photo Drafts after installation.
If you already use the unpacked extension, replace its files with this version, click Reload in Chrome’s Extensions page and refresh Photo Drafts. The helper needs access to this app, www.ebay.com, www.facebook.com for selected Marketplace item listings, and chatgpt.com for photo research you start from a product. For pickup listings it stops at the final Facebook Publish button. For free USPS shipping it fills the packed weight and seller-paid prepaid label, then stops at Facebook’s Shipping Terms for your review. Check the final preview and Publish in Facebook. It reads no passwords and uses no paid service.
Supplier cart preparation
Version 0.8.19 adds access to educationalcoin.com for supplier carts you start from an order. Update the helper files, reload it in Chrome Extensions, approve this supplier access if Chrome asks, then refresh your order page. Place order · prepare supplier checkout verifies the exact ECC SKU and quantity, uses your signed-in rsalars wholesale account, checks for unrelated cart items, and fills only the customer shipping address read from the paid Stripe order. Billing, payment, newsletter and purchase submission stay untouched. The helper stops before ECC’s final Place order button. Review shipping, blind dropship options and the total yourself. Training carts have blank customer shipping fields; they are never supplier purchases. Prepared carts remain in the supplier browser session, which the supplier may expire.
Facebook sales sync
Version 0.8.21 checks linked Facebook listings in background batches while Photo Drafts is open in signed-in desktop Chrome. A confirmed sold heading with your seller control or View Order link marks the inventory sold, removes it from the Store and ends its active eBay listings. Failed eBay withdrawals retry automatically. Keep Photo Drafts open and remain signed in to Facebook; unavailable or ambiguous Facebook pages never count as sold.
ChatGPT product research
Version 0.8.20 accepts multiple eBay policy findings and automatically re-reads saved research stopped by the earlier marketplace policy error. Invalid policy formatting gets one correction pass; restrictions remain blocking.
Open a saved product on desktop and click Research photos in ChatGPT. The helper opens a fresh conversation in your signed-in ChatGPT browser window, attaches all product photos, and submits a request for identification, description, condition, coin grade/error checks when relevant, and comparable prices. It starts with standard web search at Medium reasoning and automatically switches to one Deep Research pass when identity, authenticity, a potentially valuable variety, conflicting prices or inadequate comparables need stronger evidence. It returns the completed conversation and its link to Notes and fills the product title, eBay category, description, condition, item specifics, applicable identifiers and Buy It Now price. The lister validates fields against current eBay requirements and can ask ChatGPT once to complete missing required fields. Unknown facts remain flagged for review. Packed weight and package dimensions are entered manually; saved policies, location, stock quantity and offer settings stay unchanged. If you edit the product while research runs, the returned report waits for you to import it. Completed research starts automatic sending only when the listing, researched price, package and eBay policy checks pass. The report records unavailable sold-listing or Google Lens access; these are not guaranteed by the helper. Sign in to ChatGPT before starting. Each research pass stops after 20 minutes and leaves the conversation open.
Phone to desktop
- Save the product and photos on your phone, then open the same product in Photo Drafts on desktop.
- Review its condition, specifics, price, shipping and existing policy names before sending it to eBay.
- After eBay accepts the upload, use Finish & verify in eBay. On desktop, sending a new draft also starts this step automatically. A phone upload can be finished later from the product page on desktop.
- For an eligible product, the helper verifies the saved draft and gets a fresh Photo Drafts check before pressing List it. Watch the bottom status message for publication or a field needing review.
Feed acceptance and helper verification are separate statuses. After successful verification and the fresh Photo Drafts check, the automatic workflow selects List it once for eligible products outside register inventory. It stops for missing fields, policy warnings or failed verification. eBay may change its editor, so stop messages identify fields that need manual review.
