Store control center
One page to check how the Store is doing. The Store runs itself; this page tells you when it needs you and exactly what to do. It refreshes every two minutes. Buttons that change anything ask you first; "Check again" on each card shows whether it is fixed. Times are Mountain time.

Start here: your daily check (about 5 minutes)
- Look at the status box below. Green means nothing needs you: you are done for today.
- Work through Needs you, top to bottom. Each card says what happened and the steps to fix it. "Do today" cards come first.
- Check Money. If "Add to CJ balance" is orange, top up the CJ wallet by that amount.
- Glance at This week. Are orders coming in, and is the profit after costs positive?
- Once a week, look at Google and the Winners Engine. No action is needed unless a card above asks for one.
Leave Switches alone unless a card tells you to change one, or you mean to turn something off.
Needs you
Grouped by problem, most urgent first. Use the buttons on each card, or follow its numbered steps. "Run now" buttons work in Chrome on the laptop.
Nothing needs you right now.
Money
What the spending guard allows today. It only spends from profit already earned, and stops itself after losses.
This week
Paid orders in the last 7 days. "Profit after costs" is what is left after the supplier, Stripe fees, refunds and ads.
| Product | Orders | Revenue | Profit after costs |
|---|
Lost money this week
Products whose orders cost more than they brought in (refunds, ads or a low price). Check the price and supplier cost of each one.

Orders needing attention
The details behind the order cards above. To act on an order, open it in Orders.
Ship-by deadlines
Every unshipped order and the date it must ship by. If one will be late, send the delay email from the order.
| Order | Ship by | Promise based on | Delay email | Shipped |

Return requests
What the customer asked, the suggested decision and a reply you can send.

CJ orders
Orders bought from CJdropshipping and where each one is.
| Purchase order | Where it is | Updated |

Problem products
Products that are refunded or returned too often.
Google by supplier
Current Merchant Center products grouped by supplier. Activity in these tables is matched to the current catalog; historical offers outside it are counted separately in the report summary.

Google feed
The product list the Store sends to Google. The table shows why some products are left out (for example clothing without a size or colour). Being left out of Google does not remove a product from the Store.
| Left out because | Products |

Winners Engine
Runs every hour. It gives new products a test in Google, keeps the ones that sell, and (only if "Winners feed changes" is on) takes losers out of the Google feed and ads. It never removes a product from the Store.

Coupons
Codes customers type at checkout. A code only lowers the price of items that still make a profit after it (Transline, BCW, Kole and CJ items; never coins or Sportsman’s Guide), so a coupon never sells at a loss. Add a Google promotion ID to show the offer in Google Shopping (create the same promotion in Merchant Center with that ID).

Switches
To change a switch: 1. press its button; 2. read what will happen; 3. press "Yes" to confirm, or Cancel. Every change is recorded with who made it. Switches without a button are set elsewhere.
