Launch status · limited live checkout open
Updated October 2, 2026. A single ECC bronze Widow’s Mite collectible offer is available for one-unit purchases shipped to New Mexico ZIP 88061. The item is $65 plus an estimated $14.50 shipping charge before address-based tax. The Store cart and checkout pages open live Stripe Checkout. Other products remain enquiry-only. An unpaid live Checkout session was opened to verify the path; no live payment has been captured. The first customer purchase remains awaiting verification.
- The private production order workspace shows live orders, items, buyer contact, tax, supplier purchase orders, tracking, returns, cancellations and refund history. The owner can reveal the verified Stripe shipping address for fulfillment, download a supplier CSV, record supplier status and tracking.
- Shipping setup now records reviewed supplier dispatch origins, permitted carrier accounts and services, packed offer dimensions, and international customs details. A rate preview can request current EasyPost rates for suppliers that accept merchant labels. ECC uses its own carrier account, so its final charge must come from its own checkout or a reviewed supplier quote; this preview cannot authorize checkout or purchase postage.
- Public live checkout is on for the one named bronze offer and exact New Mexico destination. The production catalog reports one available offer. Payment webhooks and customer order access remain active; the first paid production order, email, tracking and refund are not yet verified.
- Owner destination review checks the exact U.S. state and ZIP, supplier origin, product class and offer ID. For this bronze pilot only, the owner waived supplier shipping and insurance evidence and accepted the risk that ECC’s final charge may change. The conclusion that this $65 bronze item is outside Stripe’s restricted high-value and precious-metals categories is an inference, not written account-specific approval. No other offer or international destination is approved.
What is needed before multi-product checkout
- Supplier evidence: Confirm each supplier's physical dispatch origin, whether it accepts merchant-provided labels or bills its own carrier account, eligible services, handling fees, insurance, restrictions, and international terms.
- Package evidence: Measure sealed, insured shipping parcel weight and dimensions for each exact offer. ECC publishes a 43.6 g item weight and 3.4 × 2.4 × 0.4 inch item dimensions for the pilot coin; these are saved as product evidence and cannot be used as an approved carrier parcel. Record reviewed customs classification and declared value for international destinations.
- Carrier connection: ECC will bill its own carrier charges. No EasyPost account is required for ECC. The confirmed $5 dropship fee applies once per ECC supplier order below $90 merchandise and is waived at $90 or more; live order margin checks now include it. ECC’s published and checkout shipping prices differ for First Class, and service, insurance and multi-box charges depend on the packed order. ECC’s published Priority Mail rate of up to $14.50 for a parcel up to 2 lb is the pilot estimate; its final packed-order charge may differ. At the owner’s direction, a binding supplier freight cap is no longer required. Live ECC checkout now prices against the displayed shipping estimate, the $5 fee, and a separate $10 shipping-change reserve, then requires at least $10 estimated profit and 15% margin after that reserve. This protects against modest later changes but cannot guarantee profit if ECC raises a charge without limit. Direct checkout is open only for the owner-waived bronze pilot; Salars bears any excess supplier shipping cost or offers a refund under the published shipping policy. A future merchant-label supplier may require a carrier rate connection, which could carry fees. Do not substitute merchant carrier rates for a supplier bill.
- Checkout integration: The single-offer New Mexico path now opens live Stripe Checkout from the Store cart and checkout pages. Before broader sales, add quote-bound multi-item carts, destination validation, supplier group charges, country-specific tax and import review, and a fresh rate check before payment. Test domestic and international cases without charging real funds where possible.
- Payments and ads review: Stripe lists high-value goods and precious metals as restricted businesses requiring its review and explicit approval. A written account-specific review request for collectible coins and bullion was submitted to Stripe Support on October 2. Stripe sent an acknowledgment, but no eligibility decision has arrived; approval is pending. Gold and silver bullion must stay unpublished for Stripe checkout pending approval. Google Shopping lists bullion and precious metals as unsupported currency content. Complete merchant policy, shipping cost, contact, checkout and destination review before advertising eligible items; no blanket Google Ads compliance approval is claimed.
- First real order: Verify payment capture, buyer email, supplier fulfillment, tracking, and any real refund when a genuine customer event occurs. No live payment has been captured during testing.
- Daily source review: ECC’s signed-in page showed 78 units at $26 wholesale on October 2. That displayed stock is not reserved. The live offer automatically closes when its 24-hour stock or price observation expires; the owner operations email warns when freshness has fewer than 12 hours remaining. Recheck the exact supplier page and update both observations daily. The pilot’s destination and New Mexico tax registration reviews also expire and must be renewed before their deadlines.
International shipping and disputes
Open only exact supplier, destination, and commodity combinations that pass the owner review. Confirm the carrier accepts coins or bullion and that insurance covers the actual contents; a generic carrier quote does not establish this. Confirm customs classification, declared value, import restrictions, duties, tax treatment, and the shipping amount before payment. No international destination is approved for checkout yet.
Before fulfillment, review Stripe Radar outcomes, address and payment signals, unusual order value, supplier stock, and the buyer address. Hold suspicious orders for manual review; request 3D Secure where supported and justified, ship with accepted tracking and appropriate signature or insured service, keep supplier invoices and dispatch evidence, and answer delivery or refund complaints promptly. These controls reduce risk but cannot prevent every dispute.
Direct Store terms, shipping, returns, and privacy pages are published. The main SalarsNet privacy page now describes direct Store orders. Additional payment methods will be reviewed after Stripe confirms eligible products and the fulfillment flow supports each method.
Operating procedure
Review paid orders in the owner workspace; validate the exact SKU, address and current supplier cost before placing supplier orders manually. Record carrier tracking and check the customer order page and email. Handle delays with a revised shipment date and a cancellation/refund choice. Source freshness and tax registrations need ongoing review. The first customer purchase remains awaiting verification.
Prior sandbox acceptance covered a synthetic paid order, tracking, full refunds including tax, and test emails. The production sender test reached the owner inbox. These checks do not establish live buyer delivery or worldwide shipping readiness.

Sandbox order rehearsal
Use synthetic address references only. Set a documented test capacity, reserve the exact pack, then simulate payment. No supplier is contacted.
Supplier order desk
Unknown submissions require reconciliation before any retry. Downloaded purchase-order files are rehearsal documents.
Shipment & refund rehearsal
Store preview release review
Approve an exact offer and saved price for the private Store preview. This does not publish a live product.
Release Planner & Experiment Results
Plans and observations remain private. A plan does not publish products, change stock, or authorize advertising. Record nonoverlapping source windows and review the evidence after the chosen date.
Cart shipping requests
Quotes apply to the exact cart and expire after ten minutes. Enter each supplier/origin group with its verified charge and delivery estimate.
Supplier evidence and shadow operation
Supplier permission, operational capabilities and launch evidence are recorded separately.
Operations triage
Review payment, purchase, queue, and released-offer exceptions. These are private review cues; no alert has been sent.
Exceptions & queued work
Rehearsal jobs are durable records. External delivery remains disabled until verified adapters and release limits are configured.
Operator preview only. No recipient or delivery is configured.
Operating cost allocations
Record evidenced per-order sandbox allocations for hosting, storage, queue, support and packing. Enter an explicit zero with evidence when a category incurred no allocated cost. Corrections create immutable new revisions. Fully loaded profit appears only after all five categories and direct financial evidence are recorded.
Procurement budgets
Record reviewed sandbox limits before preparing a purchase. Global and supplier limits both apply. Uncertain submissions retain exposure; refunds do not release it. Daily totals use UTC and remain recorded after release.
Research and opportunities
Keep dated source observations separate from hypotheses. Asking prices do not establish demand. Research selection does not authorize publication.
Bundle Studio
Choose exact components and quantities of their saleable units. Components share stock with standalone sales. Unknown compatibility or packing remains a review gate.
Review bundle packaging, compatibility and returns
Preview the selected bundle first. This review records source-backed estimates and capacity; it does not approve real fulfillment or publication.
Versioned price policies
Rules run by ascending priority, then rule ID. Markup starts from authoritative supplier pack cost. Exclusions and hard floors block review. Applying a policy creates a private saved price; it does not publish or change an existing order.
First-party sandbox review moderation
Reviews come from authenticated paid sandbox order lines. Moderation affects the private preview only. Withdrawn or expired consent cannot be restored.
Licensed product media
Stage the exact image/video and permission evidence. Remote display requires its own permission; download-and-host permission alone does not allow hotlinking. No media appears until owner review.
