Archiving changes this private queue only; it does not cancel, refund or restock an order. The task queue keeps unresolved obligations visible even when an order is archived or marked complete. New cancellation or return requests reopen those orders.

Store operations

Legacy operations counts cover unarchived, incomplete real orders. Use the task queue above for unresolved obligations across all live orders.

Dispatch needs review means a paid order still has unshipped items more than two days after payment was recorded. Check the supplier’s order acceptance, promised handling time and tracking. Partial shipments can remain in this queue. This is an owner reminder, not a shipping guarantee.

Shipping quote requests, product enquiries & back-in-stock requests

Open a product, verify availability, then email the customer. Mark contacted only after sending your reply; resolve when the request is complete. Back-in-stock requests do not reserve inventory or create an order.

Shipping quote requests come from customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and reviewed countries. Get the shipping cost for the address shown, then email the total with a checkout link. No payment is taken until the customer pays that link.

Payment protection and disputes

Review the actual claim and provider deadline. Evidence drafts and internal decisions do not submit a case, refund a payment, or purchase goods.

Direct Store review moderation

Publish genuine purchase feedback regardless of rating. Reject only documented privacy, spam, abuse, duplication or unrelated content. Customer withdrawal always removes publication permission.

Customer order emails

Resend sends payment confirmation, shipment and tracking, confirmed delivery, cancellation, return receipt and refund updates. Training never sends email. Delivery emails currently require an owner to confirm actual delivery evidence; automatic carrier delivery updates are not connected.

Supplier shipping setup

Product measurement records are dimensions and weights imported for specific supplier offers. They are not shipments, purchased labels or proof of packed parcel size. Only records labeled measured packed parcel can support merchant-label carrier quotes. Warehouse checkout currently uses supplier-rate estimates.

Destination and commodity review

Approval is per supplier origin, country, and product class. An offer ID limits a review to one SKU. Record objective carrier, import, tax, Stripe eligibility, and payment-risk evidence. An owner insurance waiver and a documented finding that a low-value collectible is outside Stripe’s restricted categories apply only to a named collectible offer; neither applies to bullion.

Supplier origin

Offer dimensions and package

Supplier product measurements are useful evidence but cannot authorize a merchant-label carrier rate. Select packed parcel only after weighing and measuring the sealed shipment.

Preview current carrier rate

Provide the full destination. The preview creates carrier rate requests, never postage or an order.

Review actual marketplace payment and fulfillment. This is an internal log: enter tracking and delivery updates in the marketplace too. Local pickup and already-fulfilled orders have their own steps.
