Buyer problems compared with similar sellers
eBay's customer-service metrics for the current evaluation period: the share of your transactions where a buyer reported the item was not as described or not received, rated against sellers like you (Low and Average are fine; High and Very high count against your seller level). Refreshed once a day.
Email heads-up
Once a day at 09:05 Mountain daylight time (08:05 in winter) you get one email about Improve listings, only when something is new: a result came in, a fix file has waited a day for upload, eBay refused listings, or a new batch is ready. It goes to you only, from notices@salars.net through Resend (the service the storefront already sends with). It needs the RESEND_API_KEY secret on Photo Drafts; remove the secret to stop it.
Automation controls
Every automation starts paused. Enabling one needs a note and an expiry of at most 30 days, after which it pauses itself. Offers and bundle-publish: paused → dry-run (writes are computed and recorded only) → live. bundle-purchase accepts only paused.
