Product research
Research every eligible product in bounded batches, see what the market evidence actually supports, check profit at your existing price, and prepare local drafts. Research and validation never publish. Publication intents are dispatched only under the publication control: paused, dry-run (records the exact calls) or live (sends them; a listing counts as live only when eBay reads it back).

Research products
Before a run starts you see the scope and count, the supplier filter, the marketplace, the price policy, the research mode, the AI budget and the publication mode. A run processes one bounded batch and saves its position; the whole catalog is covered over several batches, never claimed in one.
Sync re-reads every listing and supplier row; on the live Worker it takes about a minute. Owned coins with a blank cost count as $0 inherited stock (the eBay Costs convention) unless you turn that off under Health and settings.
Earlier runs
Autopilot
When on, the five-minute tick starts the next batch by itself (unresearched items first, then items older than the stale age), uses the Browse API within the daily budget, can prepare local drafts for items worth listing (their blockers stay visible), and sends one digest a day to the owner's address when email is configured. It buys nothing and messages no one.
Automatic listing
With this on, each autopilot pass takes up to three items that the research calls worth listing at their existing price and that have no listing, builds the draft from the item's own earlier listing or the component plus the publish settings below, approves it locally, prepares the publication intent and authorizes it, all recorded as the autopilot acting under your standing note. The dispatcher then sends it on the next tick when the publication control is live (or records the exact calls under dry-run). Bounded by the daily cap and the units cap; one failed or unknown outcome stops it until you have looked. Your note is the standing authorization and expires after 30 days; save again to renew.
Review opportunities
Two queues: proven needs at least three sold observations (your own sales count); experimental is a bounded test under the explicit experimental policy. Not profitable, insufficient evidence and blocked are kept with their reasons. "Already listed" is coverage, not proof of profitability.
Import sold comparables from a Seller Hub Product Research export
Download the CSV from Seller Hub › Research › Product research and paste it here. Each row is matched to one catalog item by eBay item id, or by its identifying words through the same classifier the research uses. Preview first; then import the matched rows as sold evidence (labelled as an owner import) and those items are researched again.

Local listing draft
The draft goes through the Bundle Researcher's gates (photos of the actual coin, raw-coin policy, origins, rights, duplicates against your live listings). Policies are eBay business policy ids. Validating never publishes.

Predicted contribution against what actually happened, per published SKU: estimated until a sale, provisional from Finances SALE rows, settled once in a payout. First sale is encouraging, not validation; sparse traffic is inconclusive.

Publication intents
An intent binds the seller account, marketplace, manifest digest, price and cost snapshot, quantity, validation version and authorization under a deterministic key. It is revalidated immediately before dispatch. A lost response becomes submitted_unknown and is resolved only by readback; nothing is retried blindly. Once sent, cancelling cannot undo it.
Publish settings
New offers need your inventory location key and your three business policy ids. Learn from my listings reads them from the Inventory API offers behind your live listings (and lists your locations and policies when the account allows); nothing is sent. Per-kind defaults fill a draft when the item has no recorded category or condition; a supply defaults to condition 1000 (new). Photos are never a setting: each listing uploads the item's own photos to eBay's picture service, or uses a licensed supplier image, or its own earlier listing's pictures.
