Bill of materials

The autopilot keeps the component catalog fresh, builds priced and drafted bundle proposals from your coins and supplies, and asks you. Nothing is listed until you choose List it on a proposal and the bundle-publish control is live (dry-run shows the exact writes first). Listed bundles are tracked here: orders reserve their coins, quantities are pushed and read back, and anything that cannot be verified is shown as an exception. Nothing is ever ordered from a supplier. Supplier stock is a snapshot, not stock you own; weak evidence is labelled weak.
Checking account status…
Each proposal is a bundle the autopilot built from a mapped family: exact components, a price that covers your target profit (raised toward the market's asking prices when the Browse API finds at least three), and a draft from the components' own photos and specifics. List it approves this exact bill of materials, withdraws the coins' own listings (one specimen, one offer) and lists the bundle when the control allows. Later keeps it as a draft. Never retires it so the family is not proposed again.

No proposals waiting. The autopilot looks for new ones every hour at :35 when it is enabled on the Controls tab, or press "Find new proposals now".
Candidate families are research targets. A family is mapped when eligible components exist, evidenced only once imported sold comparables clear the evidence floor, and otherwise a hypothesis. The Browse API returns asking prices of other sellers' active listings; it never shows sales.

Owned components come from your active eBay listings (one specimen each unless you reclassify). Supplier components come from a product-management snapshot or a pasted export, with the feed's own timestamps and TTL. Label a coin's obverse and reverse photos before it can appear in a draft. The autopilot refreshes owned listings four times a day and the ECC snapshot once a day.

Pick components and exact quantities. Quantities are in each; a pack or case component converts by its pack count. A unique coin appears once and is never substituted. The safe quantity is the smallest line's safe units divided by the units it needs.

Paid eBay orders for bundle SKUs come from the ledger pull (minute 13, up to a day behind). Each order line reserves its components once, under the manifest version sold, and queues the new quantity for eBay; the push is verified only by reading the offer back. Cancellations and refunds compensate; a returned coin stays quarantined until inspected.

Publication and purchasing are separate kill switches, flipped on the Account and automation page. bundle-publish accepts paused (nothing reaches eBay; "List it" only queues), dry-run (every write is computed and audited, nothing is sent) and live (the Inventory API lists, updates and withdraws, each verified by readback). bundle-purchase stays paused: supplier purchase orders are not automated.
Live listings need your eBay business policies and the inventory location you ship from. Load them from eBay, choose, save. They are identifiers only; nothing here changes the policies themselves.
Auto-list needs bundle-publish set to live on Account and automation (it expires back to paused after at most 30 days, which stops auto-listing). While the control is dry-run, the autopilot only records what it would have listed. Each auto-listed bundle withdraws the coins' own listings first, exactly as "List it" does, and the daily email lists what went live.
Fee rate and the owned postage, packaging and per-order fee come from the Pricing and silver page's melt parameters and the measured fee share.
